If I can give negative stars I would. Ordered my keyboard as a gift for my daughter since January for her birthday in March. We are now about to start July 2022 and no key board. When you email customer service about a refund or status they give you the run around's and say it is on its way Well there goes $80 dollars to the trash! Don't order anything- WASTE OF MONEY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM

Received a damaged product, they replaced it but it was still damaged. I was offered a giftcard for future purchases but no intention of shopping there again, I'd avoid the overpriced poor quality products that are accompanied by cheeky customer service.

Brilliant customer service.
I recently ordered a soft toy from Firebox's website. The item was despatched swiftly, and as far as Firebox was concerned, their job was done.
However, a couple of days later I received an email from Yodel, which stated the packaging was damaged and they weren't going to deliver it.
I contacted Firebox and they immediately offered to send out a replacement, or give me a refund.
They were swift in their response, and didn't hesitate to make the situation better.

I would recommend them to anyone.

Makes no sense after Brexit
I like the selection, things like copy and Crap Wrap option, but I just reordered a mug that broke and was first charged 20 EUR shipping (with no other option available) and now I have to pay customs as well (I live in the EU) so in the end it will probably be around 80 EUR for a 15 EUR mug. It was my BFs favorite, so I did end up buying it, but I won’t order again as this is just too much.

Tip for those without customer service reply
I just wanted to leave a review to help those out who never received a reply to their customer support request. Try contacting them on Twitter instead, their main Twitter account (@Firebox) has the customer support Twitter account linked in their bio. I tried sending in an email about my faulty product, but never received a reply to that. Sending a private message on Twitter gave me a swift reply and the issue was fixed quickly.

Ordering from Firebox has always went fine for me, with delivery times being as advertised. My only issue was the lack of reply to the replacement request, which was solved.

Paid for next day delivery- havent even had a dispatch email, no reply back from them by email
Even used their whatsapp chat , no reply either
They have my money and items and haven't even responded?!?!!!!!
Do not buy from them!!!!

Valentines day Mystery Box
I ordered the Valentines day Mystery Box, the description of the item enticed me and I was expecting an array of satisfactory Valentine themed gifts, given the not so cheap price. For £34 not including delivery, I received a chocolate bar, a random 'Marvel sound effect toy', a shotglass and a 'phallic shaped chilli'. This did not suffice and I am extremely disappointed with the product. Now I have four days to find something else, I would suggest to others to refrain from purchasing this item.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE - Placed an order on the 10th January 2022, paid for "Express Delivery 1-2 days" for me to contact them on WhatsApp & Email asking "WHERE IS MY ORDER" With no response.

Used the "Track My Order" on the site for it still to state "Order Status: Order being packed in our warehouse"

USE WITH CAUTION

Part of my order was delivered and it’s been over a month now and I’m still waiting on my order for printed air fresheners, socks and the Lego guy personalised in a frame. Awful communication. I swear the emails are auto generated and no one is pushing the order through. I’m very disappointed.

Order not delivered, no refund!
This review is based on 2 experiences, 1 in June and I in December.
June - The product I ordered was a toy. It didn't work and was not as described. At least it arrived and return was easy.
December - What a disaster! Ordered on the 2nd of December in time for Christmas. I ordered personalised air fresheners. Still no sign of them. The only way to contact the company is by email. They have responded, but each time they send inaccurate information about my order and will not confirm when I will receive it. I have had tracking links sent to me that were the wrong links and emails telling me my order is on the way when it clearly wasn't. In my last email I asked for a full refund as I don't have my items. Customer service ignored that request completely.
I don't think I will ever receive my items and getting my money back is going to be very difficult.

Very bad. I orderd over 2 weeks ago. I orderd a custom suitcase corvor. They Said in the mail that they would write to me when something happens. Noice had replyed. I tried contancting Them many times But they don’t reply on their mail. They say contact us on this mail for more information. But never reply. Really bad service. Please step up your game

Disaster
Disaster. Order never arrived, they've ignored all my messages and emails since the 19th December. Terrible customer service, combined with a terrible courier (yodel). I'm going to have to put a claim in with the credit card company if I ever want my money back. Avoid like the plague!

Missing item never delivered after a 2…
Missing item never delivered after a 2 week wait. I asked for my delayed item to be sent ASAP with the postage refunded due to circumstance, however they took it upon themselves to refund me for the item instead. So guess I’ll never get my missing item and have to find another gift for my husband. Never ordering from here again. Unreliable and don’t listen to customers requests.
